Before you write in

Check that you're running the latest version of the app or plugin.
Include screenshots or error messages where possible — they speed up diagnosis considerably.
Let us know the platform involved (e.g. Shopify store URL, browser, or device).

Response times

General questions and bug reports are acknowledged within one business day. Critical issues affecting a live store or production system are prioritized — mark the subject line "Urgent" and we'll route it accordingly.
