Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of vobion.com, our applications, and our software services.
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of vobion.com, applications published by Vobion, and related services (together, the "Services"), provided by Vobion, 30 N Gould St Ste 24742, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Applications & third-party platforms
Some Vobion applications are distributed through third-party platforms (such as Shopify's App Store). Use of those applications may also be subject to the relevant platform's own terms. Where our terms and a platform's terms conflict as to that platform, the platform's terms govern for that specific context.
4. Client project engagements
Software development services performed for a specific client are governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between Vobion and that client, which takes precedence over these Terms for the scope of that engagement.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content, code, and materials on vobion.com and in our applications remain the property of Vobion or its licensors. Deliverables produced under a signed client agreement are governed by the ownership terms of that agreement.
6. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vobion will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
